Welcome to the website of The Daily Edge (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.
• Use of Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:
• Access data not intended for you or breach security measures.
• Disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to our site.
• Use automated tools to access the website without our express permission.
Services Offered
The Daily Edge provides creative and marketing services, including but not limited to:
• Photography
• Videography
• Social media management
• Paid ad management
• Content strategy and consulting
Specific project deliverables and terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are due in full at the time of invoicing (NET 0). Deposits are required to begin work and are non-refundable. If a client fails to pay on time, the terms outlined in their specific service agreement will apply.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, The Daily Edge retains ownership of all raw footage, final edits, and creative content produced. Licensing and usage rights are defined in each client’s service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely approvals, feedback, and access to information or assets required to perform services. Delays due to client inaction may result in project delays or additional fees.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms and fees are defined in the service agreement. In general, once a project has started, fees paid are non-refundable and the client remains responsible for the full project amount, regardless of whether the project is completed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Daily Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question. Additional protections may be outlined in each client’s agreement.
Use of Third-Party Tools
We use third-party services including, but not limited to, loveart.ai, Frame.io, Dubsado, Heyflow, Gmail, and Dropbox. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or service reliability of these external tools. Use of these tools may be subject to their own Terms and Privacy Policies.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in a Canadian court of competent jurisdiction.
Updates
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
