Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are due in full at the time of invoicing (NET 0). Deposits are required to begin work and are non-refundable. If a client fails to pay on time, the terms outlined in their specific service agreement will apply.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, The Daily Edge retains ownership of all raw footage, final edits, and creative content produced. Licensing and usage rights are defined in each client’s service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely approvals, feedback, and access to information or assets required to perform services. Delays due to client inaction may result in project delays or additional fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms and fees are defined in the service agreement. In general, once a project has started, fees paid are non-refundable and the client remains responsible for the full project amount.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Daily Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

Use of Third-Party Tools

We use third-party services including, but not limited to, loveart.ai, Frame.io, Dubsado, Heyflow, Gmail, and Dropbox. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or service reliability.

Age Requirement

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Governing Law
